For those that missed the piece on BBC North West Tonight on the 16th May filmed at the Avro Heritage Museum in Woodford about the anniversary of the Dambusters and were gutted that it was only available on iPlayer for a couple of days, well the BBC have sent me the clip but it’s too big to email, so shared here.
The 80th anniversary of the Dambusters was also covered by BBC Radio Manchester and BBC Radio5 Live.

If you want to know what actually happened during the night of 16-17th May 1943 my blog gives a minute-by-minute account.
The Avro Heritage Museum’s Dambuster exhibition runs until the end of June.
